Mental Athlete Apparel is having a seminar at William & Mary

Saturday February 22, 2025, 11am - 3pm Miller Hall 1088 at William Mary

We're having our first annual Mental Athlete Apparel Seminar! This year it is at the Business School (Miller Hall) on the campus of William & Mary. It's open to the public. The Seminar will feature 4 speakers from different walks of life--including W&M philosophy professor Aaron Griffith--all addressing issues of mental health, trauma, academic excellence, and being a "mental athlete." Special musical guest Big-E-Diceman.

Our Speakers and Performers

Aaron Griffith

Aaron Griffith is an associate professor of philosophy at William & Mary and the founder/owner of Mental Athlete Apparel.

Marty Wright

Marty Wright is the director and co-founder of the non-profit Faithwalkers and author of "Overcomer's Mentor Program".

Isaiah Day

Isaiah Day is a licensed professional counselor and youtuber @therepy2day.

Fred Liggin

Fred Liggin is pastor at Williamsburg Christian Church, the founder of the non-profit 3e Restoration, and an adjunct professor at William & Mary.

Big-E-Diceman

Big-E-Diceman is a DJ and hip hop artist.

Jonathan Powell

Jonathan Powell is a W&M student and the media manager for Mental Athlete Apparel. He will be the emcee for the seminar.
